HaLong “Chubby” Berry
HaLong “Chubby” Berry is a dessert cocktail in a young, playful style, putting berries, cream and a delicate floral note together. Rich, sweet and fragrant, it pleases even the hardest to please.
Ingredients
- 40 mlWhite rum
- 15 mlHomemade mulberry syrup
- 15 mlPineapple juice
- 10 mlCassis liqueur
- 10 mlLime juice
- 3 dropsOrange blossom essential oil
- 20 mlHomemade mulberry cream, for garnish
Method
- Put the ingredients, except the cream, into a shaker and shake well.
- Strain into the glass and pour the mulberry cream over the top.
