HaLong Pandan “Drum”
HaLong Pandan “Drum” is where traditional Southeast Asian flavour meets modern invention. The creamy sweetness of coconut milk and fresh pineapple folds into pandan syrup for an aroma that is both unusual and inviting.
Ingredients
- 50 mlGolden rum
- 25 mlMalibu
- 25 mlFresh orange juice
- 25 mlFresh pineapple juice
- 15 mlCoconut milk
- 15 mlHomemade pandan syrup
- 15 mlLime juice
Method
- Put every ingredient into a shaker and shake hard with ice.
- Strain into the glass and garnish with a pandan leaf, a dried pineapple slice, orange peel and a little grated nutmeg.
